Candidates for most positions must be able to pass an MVR and criminal background check. Due to insurance purposes, individuals must be 21 or older to be employed with LARC.
Most employees of LARC must complete training required by Louisiana State regulations and Medicaid. The topics are taught through our training department which is located on the LARC campus. And of course, all new hires receive an orientation through our Human Resources Office.
